The call-it-a-night parfait has been gaining popularity in Sapporo-shi, Hokkaido. “Call-it-a-night parfait” is a kind of parfait that people eat after going out drinking or having a meal. It’s a parfait that completes the night. Now, there are over 26 restaurants in Sapporo-shi where you can have the call-it-a-night parfait, bringing vitality to nightlife. For this article, staff from the local “Sapporo Call-it-a-Night Parfait Committee” picked up some recommended restaurants for foreigners.     This restaurant has the theme of French home cooking, and here you can enjoy parfait as well as regular menus. The recommended parfait is a mixture of originally blended coffee jelly and white coffee pudding on vanilla ice cream, with an accent of espresso caramel.

    This restaurant is the second restaurant of the Parfait, Coffee, Alcohol, Sato franchise. Unlike “Sato,” the restaurant is proud of its uncompromisingly made parfait.
    All chocolate parfait, “Chocolat – with rock salt and orange flavor-,” is an exquisite parfait that uses so much French chocolate in its ice cream and mousse.
