Built on the site of the former Ikeda-ya Inn, where competing forces fought at the end of the Edo period, Ikeda-ya Hananomai provides customers with locally-sourced fresh vegetables from farms under contract and sashimi made from seafood acquired from all over Japan that is acclaimed for its freshness. It has a wide variety of multi-course prix fixe options as well as collaborative menus.
